Deutsche Telekom DNS

Deutsche Telekom is Germany's largest ISP. Its default DNS servers average 15-25 ms, varying by region. Telekom DNS is adequate but significantly slower than public alternatives. Telekom also implements DNS-level blocking of certain categories (child pornography, extremist content) as required by German law. Switching to Quad9 or Cloudflare bypasses these blocks if you prefer unfiltered access.
